My world is shaped by three:

Believing that chemistry roots fundamentally in natural and everyday phenomenon, I explore how scientific principles can be transformed into solutions for real-world challenges. Through innovative projects of developing modified banana-peel-based materials for water purification and investigating advanced materials such as quantum dots, metal organic frameworks, and nanomaterials, I have learned to approach research with both creativity and precision.

Beyond chemical exploration, I am fascinated by the role of engineering in transforming scientific ideas into practical applications. In my water purification project, I 3D-modelled, and printed mechanical structures to create a functional environment for my filtration materials, allowing me to bridge the gap between material development and real-world implementation. To me, science is not only a way of understanding the world, but also a means of creating meaningful impact.

I always regard myself as a lab addict, as I enjoy the sense of total submergence and infinite inspirations in labs and workshops, but academics is not the only aspect that shapes me.

Music represents another essential part of my identity. As a cellist and a member of my school orchestra, I spent years improving my skills and understanding of classical music and have grown through both individual practice and ensemble collaboration. Serving in leadership roles within the orchestra has shown me the importance of communication, responsibility, and collective effort.

For me, music extends beyond the techniques or personal and collaborative achievements. Through events such as Unrestrained and performing for visually impaired audiences, I have found how music can connect people beyond differences in background or physical ability. These experiences have shown me that a performance is not merely about presenting a piece of music, but about creating an emotional connection and sharing moments of inspiration with others. Through school charity concerts and community performances, I hope to use music as a way to contribute warmth, encouragement, and a sense of belonging to those around me.
